LAUSANNE, Switzerland – May 5, 2020. CYSEC SA, the Swiss cybersecurity company, announces the appointment of Howard Yu to its Advisory Board effective.
Howard Yu is the LEGO Professor of Management and Innovation as well as the director of IMD’s Advanced Management Program (AMP). He is also the author of the award-winning book “LEAP: How to Thrive in a World Where Everything Can Be Copied”.
Howard Yu is a Hong Kong native with a doctoral degree in management from Harvard Business School. Prior to his doctorate, he worked in the Hong Kong banking industry. Howard Yu’s LEAP theory of management and innovation proposes that business success will come to those companies which create an “ecosystem advantage.” To obtain this advantage, companies must build an ecosystem which enables them to leverage partnerships, investments and alliances to continuously adapt their offerings to a changing customer base. It is no longer enough for companies to keep up with their competitors and provide copycat products and services. Companies also need to leap across knowledge disciplines and reimagine them.

Howard Yu is the LEGO Professor of Management and Innovation as well as the director of IMD’s signature program, Advanced Management Program (AMP).
He is the author of the award-winning book LEAP: How to Thrive in a World Where Everything Can Be Copied.
